The Hope Kolkata Foundation believes in quality of service. To ensure this quality of service, Hope Kolkata Foundation organized different Capacity Building Training and Workshops for the staff and children. The following is a list of training programmes provided in 2007-2008.

Child Protection Policy: Workshop for the Governing Body members, Chief Functionaries, Coordinators, Counselors and staff of all projects. This workshop was provided to standardize the child protection policy across all groups and to provide common guidelines for all. |

Training on Monitoring and Evaluation on Project Cycle and Result Based Management: This training was provided for the staff of all partners to ensure proper planning, implementation, management, monitoring and evaluation of all projects so that the teachers have the ability to develop their teaching skill in the centres. |
