MONITORING & EVALUATION OF HOPE PARTNERS
Monitoring of the projects is done on a daily basis so as to ensure that
the work is done properly and timely. Evaluation is done on a monthly
basis, a thorough evaluation leads to any loopholes or deficiencies in
the project plans and execution. By way of evaluation the organization
is able to achieve the maximum possible output.
